Emma Pollock - Paper And Glue

Emma Pollock is/was of course one of the voices of The Delgados, one of the finest Scotch bands of the last 20 years, Peel favourites, setter-uppers of Chemikal Underground and many other ace things. It's been two years since they split, and since then Emma has signed to 4AD and released her debut solo album Watch The Fireworks in September. I haven't managed to hear it yet, but what I caught of her set at Truck festival last month was mighty fine. Here's a few songs, and you can get more at her myspace. See what you think.
