MP3: Atom And His Package Revisited

This week i've been revisiting the songs of one of the oddest phenomenons in the U.S. underground punk scene that there has perhaps ever been. Basically, the act was Atom, an amusing jewish comedy punk, and his sequencer/drum machine, The Package, as musical backing. I saw one of his shows in about 2000 and it was perhaps one of the funniest things i've ever seen. Probably quite hard to imagine without being there, but maybe you can get an idea from the sillyness of the songs below. He's not sadly stopped playing live/recording as Atom & His Package, but hopefully some time in the future he'll do a few more shows. Here's a couple of rather good songs, plus 2 live segments from his last ever live show. Pumping Iron For Enya is CLASSIC.

You can buy the records from his official site, or get some more songs. Rock and roll.
