House Of Brothers - Deadman EP

House Of Brothers is the main project of ex-Murder Of Rosa Luxemburg/Scarecrows man Andrew Jackson, who at 21 has already done a hell of a lot more than most of his musical pears. Rather than the uber-heavy nature of some of his previous work, House Of Brothers is a 60s Brit-folk style collective, echoing elements of John Martyn and Nick Drake style storytelling within a more modern folk-rock sound. He's been doing a bunch of touring behind the new name, and the two tracks below come from his first release. It'll be out on Big Scary Monsters on the 10th December, and is a pretty promising debut.
